Growing up near Clearwater Beach, Florida was a dream. It has taken me fory-five years to make it "Back to the Beach" and now I call Folly Beach Home. Taking an active role in my industry and my Community gives me a keen insight of Charleston. I serve on the Board of Directors for Save the Light, dedicated to the preservation and restoration of the Morris Island Lighthouse. I am a volunteer for the Historical Charleston Foundation, the Preservation Society of Charleston, and I am a member of the Grace Episcopal Church Choir downtown. I serve on the Legislative Committee and the Realtor Housing Opportunity Steering Committee for The Charleston Trident Association of Realtors. I am a Realtor of Distinction and I have achieved five National Real Estate Certifications. I am an Accredited Buyers Representative, a Certified Residential Specialist, an e-Pro, a Certified New Home Specialist and am Residential Construction Certified. I am a member of the Coldwell Banker International Sterling Society and I have closed more than fifty (50) transactions in the past two years.
